Indicate your chosen package and the number of rooms you need on the accommodation form
Submit the accommodation form by clicking the “Send” button
Our booking department will respond with a confirmation and provide a list of available hotels for your selection
To confirm your booking, a 30% deposit is due by January 30, 2024
The remaining balance must be settled by May 2024

Cancellation policy

Cancellations received after February 15, 2024: 30% penalty of the total stay
Cancellations received after May 30, 2024: 50% penalty of the total stay
Cancellations received after June 10, 2024: 100% penalty of the total stay
