The Packages include the following
- 9-nights accommodation in Pesaro * (check-in: June 21, 2024 – check-out: June 30, 2024)
- Daily breakfast
- Airport transfer (Ancona or Rimini)
- Daily shuttle service from the hotel to the tournament venues
- Welcome Kit
- Free entry to the Social Party
- Special rates for activities and experience packages such as: Visit Pesaro, Visit Urbino, Visit Gradara, E-bike Tour, Winery Tour and Tasting, Trekking Excursions, and more
* In case hotel availability in Pesaro is exhausted, new hotel offers will be provided in the surrounding areas

- Single rooms are available upon request (limited availability)
- City tax is not included (€ 1,50 per person/night in (2-star) hotels; € 2,00 per person/night in (3-star) hotels; € 3,00 per person/night in (4-star) hotels, € 4,00 per person/night in (5-star) hotel – you will pay a maximum of 7 nights)

How to book
- Complete the accommodation form (coming soon)
- Indicate your chosen package and the number of rooms you need on the accommodation form
- Submit the accommodation form by clicking the “Send” button
- Our booking department will respond with a confirmation and provide a list of available hotels for your selection
- To confirm your booking, a 30% deposit is due by January 30, 2024
- The remaining balance must be settled by May 2024
Cancellation policy
- Cancellations received after February 15, 2024: 30% penalty of the total stay
- Cancellations received after May 30, 2024: 50% penalty of the total stay
- Cancellations received after June 10, 2024: 100% penalty of the total stay
